PhilpottPearce is a creative studio founded on a near decade-long friendship and a shared love for the best of design. Our team combines diverse skills and experiences to deliver socially conscious and sustainable solutions, underpinned by critical thinking and harnessing the power of our ever-changing technological landscape. With extensive experience nurturing design communities and collaborating with some of the most respected names in the industry, we strive to create impactful and meaningful product experiences that elevate everyday life.


Alex and Oscar met while studying industrial design at Loughborough University, forming a long-lasting working relationship. During this time, they co-founded Design Burger, a platform built on a mission to curate and promote the finest in industrial design, inspire a global design community, and drive innovation within the industry. They have amassed an audience of over 230,000; designing & hosting exhibitions in cities all over the world including Milan, Shanghai, San Francisco, and London.

Alongside this, Alex and Oscar have a rich and global experience in consumer electronics, furniture, lighting, personal care, and transport design. Collectively, they have worked in many renowned design agencies including BorromeodeSilva, PriestmanGoode, Tom Dixon, and Beta Design Office; gaining cultural design influences from London, Milan and Sydney. As a result, they bring to PhilpottPearce a unique, seamless design process and trusted skillset.

Work with us

  • We are looking for a talented freelance Industrial Designer to support our team on a project basis. The ideal candidate has a strong sense of form, function, and detail, with the ability to translate ideas into compelling physical and digital products. You should be confident in concept development, CAD modelling, and creating high-quality visuals to communicate your work. Experience working across furniture, consumer tech, or lifestyle products is a key.

  • We are looking for a freelance 3D Artist with a strong creative vision and a refined aesthetic across both realistic and abstract, art-led animation. You’ll collaborate with our team to bring ideas to life through beautifully crafted motion work—ranging from product storytelling to conceptual visual experiments. A deep understanding of form, motion, lighting, and texture is key, along with strong proficiency in Cinema 4D, V-Ray, Keyshot and Blender. We're especially interested in artists who push visual boundaries and bring a unique, design-led approach to their work.
