The AL Series is a family of user-assembled furniture centred around a chair, accompanied by a matching stool and table. Designed for longevity and flexibility, the series uses simple production methods and durable materials to create objects that balance function, sustainability, and high-end appearance.

Each piece is constructed primarily from aluminium. Waterjet-cut sheet forms the seat, back, and base of the chair, with bends introduced post-cutting to achieve the final structure. A large-diameter extruded aluminium tube forms the central spine, split into three parts. Threaded sections allow the user to adjust seat height, secured in place by a tactile locking nut to prevent movement during use. Selective CNC machining ensures accurate part fitment and clearly defined connection points, particularly where the seat and base join the central tube.

Assembly is kept simple, relying on stainless steel screws and rubber gaskets throughout. The chair is designed to be maintained easily by the user, with individual parts replaceable if needed, helping to extend the product’s lifespan and minimise waste. The stool adopts the same construction principles, sharing components with the chair to maintain consistency and reduce the complexity of production.

User comfort is considered through cushioned seat and backrest panels, each fitted with removable covers for ease of replacement or customisation. A large rubber base provides floor protection and grip during use.

The AL Series is available in anodised or powder-coated finishes. By relying on standard sheet and extrusion processes, material efficiency is prioritised without compromising the purposeful, high-value character of the design.
